• Create and manage tournaments.
• Generate exports and rankings.
• Use all features described on the FAQ page.

2. User Responsibility

• You are legally responsible for all content you make public, including images, personal data, addresses, and contact info.
• It is strictly prohibited to publish anyone's personal data without their consent.
• Publishing illegal or offensive content is also forbidden.

3. Technical Requirements

To use our service, you need an up-to-date web browser (we recommend the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox) with JavaScript enabled. Mobile browsers are also supported.

4. Service Domain

The service is exclusively available on: https://www.online-brackets.com.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• The total cost per transaction includes:
  • Stripe's standard processing fee (based on your Stripe plan and region) charged to the tournament organizer per transaction.
  • Platform fee of 4% service fee charged to the player per transaction.
  • Payments can be made using credit or debit cards or any payment form offered on the system.
  • Stripe handles all payment-related data securely, including invoicing and tax (VAT) calculations.

6. Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. No refunds are provided after payment, as users accept the service "as-is."
• In case of a dispute, please contact the tournament organizer directly. Online-brackets.com has no involvement and is not able to do any form of refunds.

7. Membership Expiration

Paid features are available only during the active subscription period. Membership access ends automatically once the purchased period expires.

8. Downtime

We rely on third-party services (servers, databases, domains). While we aim for maximum availability, we do not take responsibility for outages caused by external providers.

9. Support

• Contact us at info@online-brackets.com for technical issues.
• We respond within 3 business days and resolve valid issues caused by our service within 10 business days.

10. Account Sharing

• Re-selling or sharing your account is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy without issuing refunds.

What We Collect

• Username
• Full name (optional)
• Email address (required for login)
• Optional: profile picture, address, and social media details
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, cookies

How & Why We Collect It

• Data is collected during the registration process, which is required to log in and use the system.
• Your registration is required to signup for any tournament posted on the system
• Your name and country will be used for showing your ranking on the platform. In case you don't want to have your name shown in any of the rankings on the platform, please send an email to info@online-brackets.com so we can hide your data.
• Email is used to send you system notifications and contact you if needed.

Data Usage

• Login authentication
• System notifications
• Internal usage analytics (non-identifiable)
• No personal data is shared with third parties

Cookies

We use cookies to store your selected preferences and improve user experience.

Data Access & Control

• Export your data: Visit your settings page to download your data in JSON format (includes tournaments, venues, players, etc.).
• Delete your account: You can permanently delete all your data at any time from your settings page. Once deleted, no trace of your account remains in our system.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe.com, which has its own privacy and data handling policies. We do not collect or store your payment information.
